Order conditions

We manufacture the equipment we sell ourselves. And this creates a number of features for the client, both positive and not so. Below we will try to describe and justify the main ones, as well as provide standard conditions for ordering our equipment. So:

What needs to be taken into account?

  • We are the equipment manufacturer. Not China, not Italy, but Ukrainian production. We don’t sell other people’s things, we want to develop our own production. Therefore, asking who the manufacturer is or how high-quality our products are makes no sense. The manufacturer is in front of you, and determining the quality is the buyer’s prerogative. Also, do not compare the units from the point of view of “which one is better made” – they are all made the same way, since they are made by the same people, and the difference lies in the purpose and performance characteristics.
  • All equipment is new. We do not sell used equipment, nor do we buy back our own installations. We do not rent or lease. Understand that our focus is not sales, but production. We want and know how to create, we want to do something new and receive an appropriate reward for it, and not play with the client in buy-sell for cheap and in both directions.
  • The equipment needs to wait. You probably rarely see a plant whose warehouse space exceeds its production space. Quite the opposite is true. Moreover, even existing warehouse space should not be filled to capacity. Otherwise, a manufacturer who is forced to work for a warehouse is worthless. We are no exception: most of our products are made to order for a specific client and are shipped immediately after assembly. And only during periods of uneven loading can something go to the warehouse. Therefore, our warehouse is small, usually half empty, and it is quite possible that instead of immediate delivery, you may be given production dates, and sometimes even put in a queue.
  • You need to order wisely. We design what we produce ourselves. And in we can manufacture almost any installation, for various tasks and conditions (if only there was an economic incentive). This means that you must understand perfectly what and for what purposes you are ordering, how you will operate it and how much you are willing to spend. Also, be prepared to answer many clarifying questions, the purpose of which is not to confuse the client, but to make the most suitable product for him. And it would be even better if you find a way to provide us with the materials or products that the equipment must work with (packaging films, packaged products, etc.).

Having received information about the cost, you need to understand that the price you see cannot reflect all the features of the equipment and is given based on the following:

  1. Prices are indicated without commissioning works. Simply because in most cases they are not needed. When manufacturing our equipment, one of the key points is simplicity and ease of use. Many models (even with high profitability) were discontinued only because they raised questions about setup and operation among customers. We intend to continue to pursue this policy – it is easier to invest a little more money in intuitive settings than to rip off money from the customer for commissioning, while being ashamed to look them in the eyes. If the model still requires the work of our adjusters (which we always warn you about when ordering) or you want to play it safe, we will be happy to provide our services, the price of which will be calculated based on the distance of the trip.
  2. Prices are for the base model. This means that for the specified amount you can buy fully functional installation (sometimes even with a repair kit), which is capable of fully and efficiently performing its basic functions without any additional units and mechanisms (the only exceptions are automatic models with pneumatic drives, which require a compressor). As a rule, the functionality of the basic model is more than enough, but sometimes customers have special needs, for example, gas filling of the package, creation of a standing package, installation of cycle counters, etc. We do not include such things (additional equipment) in the basic package (due to the impossibility of predicting the customer’s needs) and calculate their cost separately. Please note that in our additional equipment you will not find any means of increased protection or safety (a more reliable transformer, an improved control unit). Each basic package already contains high-quality components, including those of world brands (Camozzi, Mitsubishi). We pay a lot of attention to the reliability of mechanics, electrical systems and pneumatics, and we are not going to save on the safety of our customers.

How to order?

Let’s assume that you already know exactly what you want to buy: chose the necessary equipment, watched a video of its operation, learned its characteristics and price (everything described and much more is on this site). All that remains is to order.

To place an order, you must first contact us. This can be done by phone, Skype or email. We will clarify the details of your order, determine the final price (usually it does not differ from the price list, but anything can happen) and the manufacturing time (or, perhaps, you will be lucky and the equipment will already be in stock). After that, you will be asked to complete the transaction.

How to formalize the deal is up to you. If the equipment is standard and inexpensive, it is quite possible to get by with the oral form, if there are doubts, we can issue an invoice, and if the equipment requires individual production (like, for example, an automatic cellophane machine), costs a significant amount of money or you just really want more protection, we can conclude a written agreement (standard form). In some cases, as in the situation with the same cellophane machine, or in the case of export, we ourselves will offer you to conclude an agreement. Otherwise, it will simply be impossible to discuss all the features of the equipment or make a delivery.

Next, Having completed the transaction, we expect an advance payment from you (This is especially relevant in the situation with the oral form). And having already received the advance payment, we begin manufacturing your equipment and will try to make it before the agreed deadlines.

How to pay?

You must make payment for the equipment in the form and within the timeframes specified in the concluded agreement. We usually ask advance payment of at least 50 percent from the contract amount and the remainder before delivery of the equipment. We practically do not manufacture equipment without an advance payment, since what you need may not always suit someone else, and if you suddenly refuse, we get problems with stocking the warehouse for an indefinite period. So, sorry, but the absence of an advance payment is an exceptional case (although we will be happy to consider the option of 100% prepayment). Export should be singled out separately. In this case, we are ready to consider the option of settlements using irrevocable letter of credit.

If you wish to purchase equipment without signing a document such as a contract (issuance of an invoice, verbal agreement), the advance payment can be made either to the account, specified in the invoice, or to a bank card specified by the company representative, or in cash at the cash desk. All three of these methods are equivalent for us and after receiving the advance payment, we guarantee the fulfillment of our obligations to manufacture the equipment. Remaining price equipment (if there is any, because we always welcome 100% prepayment), must be paid before equipment is shipped from warehouse(we do not want to spoil relations with clients by carrying out claims and litigation work).

How to get?

Usually, we deliver equipment by shipping it to a transport company. In this case, we organize an application (on behalf of the client) for the delivery of equipment, indicating all the necessary data. We inform the client of the cost estimate in advance, and in case of confirmation, we carry out this event. This means that we undertake to hand over the equipment to the carrier and organize an order for transportation services.

If the equipment is expensive and complex, then you will need to come to our warehouse (or send your authorized representative), inspect, test and accept the equipment, sign the acceptance documents. After that, we pack and load the equipment either onto the provided vehicle or transfer it to the carrier (fill out an application for the transport company indicating all the necessary data).

Is there a guarantee?

For all equipment purchased from us, a 12 month warranty is provided. During this period, we undertake to eliminate all breakdowns and defects, with minor exceptions (you can read more about the warranty conditions in the warranty card provided to you).

The only nuance: given the features of the equipment, the presence of both mechanical and electrical parts, we are not able to send a staff of repairmen to the address of the equipment operation. Therefore, we can diagnose the problem remotely and send you the necessary components. To do this, you will need to have a mechanic or electrician on your staff who, firstly, could clearly explain what exactly is not working in the purchased equipment, and, secondly, were able to install the parts sent. Naturally, we will provide detailed installation instructions and are ready to consult over the phone, viber, skype.

Where can I get components?

All consumables, all parts and mechanisms that are present in the equipment and are subject to wear, we always have it in stock. And even if there are none, we will figure out where to get them or how to make them. Therefore, you can not worry about the wear and tear of the equipment and the impossibility of its additional equipment.

Besides, components are not the source of our income and their prices, unlike those of other manufacturers, do not reach sky-high heights (for those who doubt, we can offer to compare our price list for components with similar offers on the market).
