The BVU type press clamps are a full-size modification of the VU type clamps and are a reversible drum structure on the longitudinal axis, combining 8 or 12 VU type planes. They are designed for high-performance gluing of furniture boards simultaneously on 3 or 4 planes, which allows gluing up to 0.5 m3 of the workpiece per drum revolution (approx. 30 min.). The rotation of the structure occurs using a motor-reducer with reversible control.
Press clamps type VE-10 are designed for gluing furniture boards, panels, stair steps up to 100 mm thick and three-layer timber. The workpiece is fixed relative to the base using sliding crossbars with screw clamps. For ease of use, the clamps are equipped with adjustable stops.
The VE-12 type press clamps are a modification of the VE-10 type clamps. They are used for the production of 3-layer timber, assembly of construction I-beams.
The increased width of the clamps (120 mm) also allows for gluing the lamella onto door posts.
The stroke of the main clamps is 40-60 mm.
Press clamps type VE-16 are a modification of clamps type VE-10/12. The main purpose of this type of press clamp is industrial production of glued door risers and large-section joinery products.
Press clamps type VE-24 are a modification of clamps type VE-10. They are used for the production of 3-layer timber, gluing door risers with lamellas, production of 3-layer parquet boards, gluing timber up to 240 mm wide.
Press clamps type VUB are a modification of clamps type VU. A distinctive feature is the presence of an additional side clamp, which allows, in addition to gluing furniture panels, to assemble window and door units by pressing them from both sides.
Press clamps type VU Press clamps type V are designed for gluing furniture panels, panels, stair steps, etc.
One side of the clamp is equipped with a horizontal pneumatic force clamp.
The workpiece is fixed relative to the base using a frame clamp, also driven by pneumatics.
