Press clamps type VE-16 are a modification of clamps type VE-10/12. The main purpose of this type of press clamps is industrial production of glued door risers and joinery products of large cross-section.
The increased width of the clamps (160 mm) allowed to use a sleeve of a larger diameter, which led to an increase in specific pressure by 1 cm sq.
