The device allows you to quickly and accurately measure the required length. The measurement error is no more than ±1%, although with an increase in the measured length, the relative error decreases and, for example, at 100 m, the absolute error is up to 10 cm, i.e. only 0.1%.

The counter display has five digits, the first three display meters, the last two – centimeters. Thus, the accuracy displayed on the display is 1 cm.

When the counting roller rotates in the opposite direction, the length is counted in the opposite direction, i.e. random backward movement of the edge does not affect the accuracy of the measurement.

The inclined arrangement of the reels allows you to reduce the area occupied by the device. For rewinding, reels of maximum diameter (up to 800 mm) can be installed on the device, and the rewound reel can have the same diameter.

The installed pay-off reels can have different internal diameters (from 80 to 350 mm). To ensure this, the design provides three methods for centering the rewound bobbins.
