Grinding machine SH-1300U

The machine ensures uniform removal of raised lint, improves surface quality before subsequent painting, and completely removes dust from the workpiece.

Operating Principle

Processing is performed by three independent brush units, the height of which is adjusted separately.

• The first unit¦is equipped with a cylindrical Proflex brush with abrasive (grit size P60–P320) for removing raised lint after mechanical processing or applying the first coat of coating.
• The second unit is also equipped with a Proflex brush and performs re-sanding, ensuring the most uniform surface quality.
• The third unit is equipped with a sweeping brush made of natural agave fiber, which effectively removes dust after sanding.

The work area is equipped with a protective hood with three rows of aspiration nozzles with a diameter of 125 mm, ensuring effective dust removal.

The workpiece transport speed and the rotation speed of each brush unit are smoothly adjusted using frequency converters.
