Description

The SHD-4-1000U is the flagship model in the sanding equipment line, designed for fully automated finishing of furniture fronts and complex interior panels. Four powerful sanding units ensure uncompromising sanding quality in a single pass: two counter-rotating longitudinal drums, a transverse oscillating unit, and a disc unit for complex curved profiles.

With a 1000 mm processing width and ProFlex brush systems, the machine perfectly prepares MDF and natural wood surfaces for painting, completely removing lint from milled recesses. Smoothly adjustable conveyor speed and spindle speed allow the equipment to be customized to any technical specification.
