The VSF press clamp is a specialized press clamp primarily designed for the mass assembly of furniture fronts with 45- and 90-degree cutting angles. The clamp has a single working plane.
APPLICATION:
Furniture manufacturing plants and workshops, joinery, and other woodworking industries.
ADVANTAGES:
1) The supports are positioned using a pneumatic button (changeover to a new front size takes 15-20 seconds)
2) The lower left unit is fixed, while the others are pneumatically locked (increments of 1.5 mm)
3) A single lever-type distributor is used during assembly; it is located to the left of the work area and controls all four pneumatic cylinders.
4) Mechanical indicators can be installed; additional front indicators are optional, if needed.
5) The two zones operate completely independently of each other, each with its own compression division. A completely different façade size can even be assembled in each zone.
