RSP-5 Polishing and Grinding Machine for Rubbing in Low-Wax

Description

This easy-to-clean, compact machine is designed for single- or double-sided application of liquid materials, such as PVA glue, oil/wax, UV oil, and stain, to workpieces with a maximum thickness of 100 mm.
Depending on the material being used, this machine is equipped with a special shaft for the required application.
It is widely used in traditional wood finishing, from furniture manufacturing using layer-by-layer gluing to single-sided application of glue to 0.6 mm thick veneer sheets.
It can also be used for oiling and waxing furniture parts and solid wood boards. A fine-pitch screw allows smooth adjustment of the liquid material dosage.
A built-in container made of special steel collects excess liquid materials.

Types of work:

• Glue application roller: for applying liquid cold-curing wood glue and other adhesives. This can include dispersion glue, white glue, plywood glue, PVA glue, kaurite, latex, urea-formaldehyde glue, epoxy resin, melamine resin, and water-soluble powder adhesives with or without hardener. Tools are most often cleaned with water.
• Oil wax: Soft roller application with smoothly adjustable roller pressure improves oil impregnation of wood. Uniform, smooth dosing of precious oils and liquid waxes creates surfaces of extraordinary beauty. The amount of oil applied is smoothly adjusted using special rollers, ranging from 6, 10, to 70 g/m². Rollers of different designs are used for smooth wood products and brushed structural wood products.
• UV Oil/Stain: Water-based stains and UV oil-wax are also applied using these rollers. The amount of stain applied ranges from 10 to 70 g/m². Its application ensures cleanliness and high quality.
