FP-1 Grooving and Milling Machine

This machine is designed for semi-automatic milling of grooves in the side edges of wooden boards up to 15 mm deep and 25 mm wide.
It can produce grooves of a specified length. It can be used for the mass production of concealed shelves.
The machine consists of a fixed milling spindle with a poly-V drive from an asynchronous electric motor.
The worktable is moved by a ball screw and a stepper motor along linear rail guides.
The two parts of the table are adjustable to accommodate workpieces of different lengths using a threaded stud and a handwheel along linear rail guides.
The milling depth can be varied by +/- 5 mm by adjusting the pneumatic cylinder piston rods.
