PURPOSE:
Designed for rubbing oil wax into wooden workpieces up to 60 mm thick. Used in board finishing lines, including after SD-type aging machines.It consists of a base with a conveyor feed for the workpiece, two height-adjustable units with disc brushes or pads, and two units with cylindrical brushes (at the machine inlet and outlet).
The workpiece feed speed is smoothly adjusted using a frequency controller (2-15 m/min). The rotation speed of the working tool is also controlled by frequency converters.The machine is equipped with a 3 kW ultraviolet drying unit.
